Our Ouzoud prices are per vehicle for your whole group, not per person. Private transport from Marrakech to the falls and back costs 180 EUR for 1 to 7 people (minivan) and 250 EUR for 8 to 17 people (minibus). The private tour with a local guide costs 220 EUR or 330 EUR. The premium day costs 220 EUR or 330 EUR per vehicle plus 35 EUR per person, which covers the boat ride and lunch. Options: local guide 40 EUR or 80 EUR per group on private transport, boat ride 5 EUR per person, lunch by the falls 30 EUR per person. Every price includes the private vehicle, fuel, the driver and pickup in Marrakech, including riads in the medina. Tips, drinks and personal purchases are not included. You pay a 50% deposit online by PayPal or bank card and the balance in cash to the driver; cancellation is free up to 48 hours before, with the deposit refunded in full.

Our Ouzoud trips are priced per vehicle, for your whole group. You do not pay for a seat in a shared bus: you pay for a private vehicle with its driver, plus whatever your offer includes. Private transport starts at €180 for 1 to 7 people, and the total you see in the booking form is the total you pay, split between a 50% deposit online and the balance in cash on the day.

The vehicle price depends only on the size of your group: the minivan for 1 to 7 people, the minibus for 8 to 17. The local guide option is priced per group and only applies to private transport, since the guide is already part of the private Ouzoud tour and the premium day. The boat ride and lunch are priced per person and can be added to the transport and tour offers; both are included in the premium day.
How much will your group pay? Worked examples
A few real totals, calculated exactly as the booking form does:
- Private transport, 2 people: €180 for the minivan, so €90 each. Add a local guide at the falls for €40 and the total is €220.
- Private tour, 4 people: €220 for the minivan with the guide, so €55 each.
- Private tour with boat ride and lunch, 4 people: €220 + 4 x €5 + 4 x €30 = €220 + €140 = €360, so €90 each.
- Premium day, 2 people: €220 + 2 x €35 = €290. For 4 people: €220 + 4 x €35 = €360.
- Private tour, 12 people: €330 for the minibus with the guide, so €27.50 each.

Entry to the Ouzoud falls site is free, so there is no ticket to add.
What is included and what is not?
Always included in every offer: a private vehicle and driver for your group only, pickup at your hotel in Marrakech (or the nearest gate if you stay in a medina riad, see riad pickup), the drive there and back, and the time at the falls.
Never included: tips for the driver and guide, which are entirely up to you, drinks and personal purchases. Anything outside your chosen offer is also extra unless you add it as an option, for example lunch on the transport offer. The total shown in the form is the total for your trip, with no hidden extras.
Why is per-vehicle pricing good value for families and groups?
With a per-person price, a family of five pays five times. With a per-vehicle price, the minivan costs the same for two travellers or for seven. On the guided tour, that is €110 each for a couple but about €31.43 each for a group of seven. The same applies to the minibus for larger groups of friends or several families travelling together, up to 17 people.
It also means no strangers in your vehicle, no waiting for other hotels on the way, and a day that follows your pace: stops when the children need them, more time at the viewpoints if you want it.
How do the deposit, balance and cancellation work?
- Deposit: 50% of the total, paid online when you book, by PayPal or by bank card through PayPal. Your booking is confirmed by email straight away.
- Balance: the other 50%, paid in cash to your driver on the day of the trip.
- Free cancellation: up to 48 hours before the trip, the deposit is refunded in full.
- Late cancellation or no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
- Weather: if a storm or a closed road makes the trip unsafe, you choose between a new date and a full refund of the deposit.

Can I cancel and get my deposit back?
Yes, if you cancel up to 48 hours before the trip, your deposit is refunded in full. For a later cancellation or a no-show, the deposit is not refunded. If weather makes the trip unsafe, such as a storm or a closed road, you choose between a new date and a full refund of the deposit.
Does pickup in the medina cost more?
No. Pickup anywhere in Marrakech is included in every price, at your hotel entrance or, for riads inside the medina, at the nearest gate or car park the vehicle can reach. For a pickup outside Marrakech, write to us on WhatsApp before booking so we can tell you what is possible.
Can I take a taxi from Marrakech to Ouzoud?
City taxis in Marrakech are not made for a 300 km return trip, and a grand taxi hired for the day still needs to be negotiated and does not include waiting time or local knowledge. Our private transport is the organised version of that idea: a licensed tourist vehicle, a driver who waits at Ouzoud while you visit, and a fixed price of €180 for up to 7 people.
Should I book Ouzoud on GetYourGuide or Viator, or directly?
Platforms mostly sell shared group tours, with set times and a bus of other travellers. Booking directly with us means a private vehicle for your group only, pickup at your hotel or medina gate, your own pace at the falls, and a fixed price per vehicle shown before you pay. You pay a 50% deposit online and the balance to the driver.
